In-person worship

Worship services Sunday, 10:30 a.m.
at First Presbyterian Church 1793
Social Hall

During the final stages of the renovation of the santuary, we will have worship services in the Sociai Hall.

At the recommendation of the Worship and Music Committee, Session voted to shift our current Sunday in-person worship from the parking lot to the Social Hall.  Session also changed the time of worship from 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

You may enter the building to the Social Hall through the new parking lot door and also through either of the doors on the College Street side of the church.

Since beginning our outdoor service in the parking lot, we once cancelled worship because it was too cold. On another Sunday we worshiped when many said that it was too hot. Raindrops chased us indoors this past Sunday. The newly air-conditioned Social Hall will be a dependable space until we can move safely back into the Sanctuary.

Please help us to know how many people to expect by responding to the Sign-up Genius invitation that will be emailed to you each week.

Comfortable summer attire is the order of the day.  Masks are not required.  Whether you have been vaccinated or not, feel free to wear a mask if you are more comfortable doing so.

If you are not comfortable worshiping indoors, the virtual worship service will continue to be available on our church website and email notification from the church office.
