First Presbyterian Church 1793 will be holding a vaccine clinic following the worship service on Sunday October 6, 2024 for members and the general public
Nurses and administrative personnel from Pathways Wellness Program
will be in the church's Social Hall to administer vaccines.
First Presbyterian Church is handicap accessible.

Be sure invite your friends and neighbors, too!
You don't have to be a church member to participate.
Please note that the CDC just last week approved the new Covid vaccines so lots of people are ordering them. We hope we will have them, so please register. In the event we do not receive them in time for this clinic I will let you know as soon as they are available and get them to you. You won't have to register again!
The vaccines available will be
FLU, high dose Flu, COVID (hopefully) pneumonia, and RSV ( age 75 and up).
All vaccines must be approved by insurance, so please complete the link below with the vaccines you want.
Please also note it is perfectly safe to get 2 vaccines at a time, even 3!

Walk-ins are available but please call Jan and let her know you will be a walk-in. Walk-ins are only available for the Flu shot.
No other vaccines are available for walk-ins because insurance needs to be cleared for other vaccines.
